For California Business Incorporating While an attorney is not required to file the Articles of Incorporation and to Incorporate, the process of incorporating is complex and sometimes confusing. UER, Inc. will make the process easy and fast. In some cases, you can be incorporated in just 10 days. Following are the services that UER, Inc. will provide for you.
After the initial filing of the Articles of Incorporation, you will need to apply for a Federal Identification Number, submit the Statement of Information form, and if electing to become a S Corporation, also file Form 2553 with the IRS and Form 3560 with the California Franchise Tax Board. UER, Inc. cannot automatically file the ancillary forms for you because of application signature requirements. However, UER, Inc. will assist you with the filing of these forms. |
